The Oakland Raiders used the NFL scouting combine to gauge teams’ interest in a trade for quarterback Derek Carr, Bleacher Report football writer Master Tesfatsion reported.
He also implied that the Jacksonville Jaguars showed some interest in Carr:

Carr’s Raiders went 4-12 in their first year under Jon Gruden, though the quarterback posted career highs in yards (4,049) and completion percentage (68.9). Gruden has spoken highly of Kyler Murray, the Heisman Trophy winner likely to be first off the board in this year’s quarterback class.
Maybe Gruden could do his brother Jay a favor and deal him Carr to solve the Washington Redskins’ quarterback dilemma. But the five-year extension Carr signed during his rookie deal is worth $125 million total and has a cap hit of $22.5 million in 2019, a difficult add to the Redskins’ salary cap with Alex Smith still on the books.
