SEATTLE (AP) - The Latest on a multiple shooting in Seattle Wednesday (all times local):

Prosecutors say they are filing charges of first-degree murder and attempted murder against a Seattle man accused of shooting randomly at cars and a public bus this week, leaving two people dead and two injured.
A Seattle Police detective’s probable cause statement, filed in support of the charges, said the defendant, 33-year-old Tad-Michael Norman, told investigators after his arrest that he had been in an alcoholic blackout and didn’t remember the shootings.
The King County Prosecutor’s Office said in an emailed statement Friday that Norman is facing two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder. Detective Alan Cruise’s statement say he shot at drivers in three cars - one more than previously reported - and at the driver of a King County Metro Bus, who was wounded but managed to drive his passengers to safety.
Norman’s initial court appearance, initially set for Friday afternoon, was expected to be delayed because the charges were filed.

A man accused of randomly shooting at cars and a public bus in Seattle, leaving two people dead and two injured, is due to make his initial court appearance.
Tad Michael Norman was scheduled to appear in King County Superior Court after being arrested for investigation of homicide, assault and robbery. Police say he shot and injured a schoolteacher driving in a northeast Seattle neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, then fired into a King County Metro bus, wounding the driver.
The bus driver has been hailed as a hero after he managed to turn the bus around and get his passengers to safety. Police say Norman then shot and killed another driver - identified as 76-year-old Robert M. Hassan - and fled in Hassan’s car, crashing head-on into another vehicle. That vehicle’s driver, 75-year-old Richard T. Lee, was killed.
