Florida prosecutors are willing to drop prostitution charges against New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and other men — but only if they’re willing to admit they would have been found guilty at trial, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Last month, Kraft and more than a dozen other men were charged with solicitation as part of an investigation into South Florida spas. Prosecutors say they have video evidence of Kraft entering a day spa multiple times and receiving sex acts. Kraft “unequivocally” denied the allegation.

As part of the agreement, Kraft and the others would be required to do 100 hours of community service, take STD tests, pay court costs and complete an education class about prostitution.

If Kraft accepts the plea, he would still be eligible to punished by the NFL.
