Former Vice President Joseph R. Biden is the favorite to win the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, political oddsmakers say.

Mr. Biden, who is thought to be putting the final touches on a campaign launch, comes in at 5-2 odds, followed by former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke at 4-1, Sen. Bernard Sanders at 5-1 and Sen. Kamala Harris at 6-1, according to BetOnline.

The latest odds could spell trouble for the presidential aspirations of Rep. John Delaney and Marianne Williamson, who tied for the worst odds with Hillary Clinton, who is not running, at 66-1.

Actor George Clooney is given more of a chance at 50-1.
