WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (AP) - The Big 12 is holding its men’s golf championship in West Virginia for the first time next month, and the individual champion will get an extra treat - an exemption into a PGA Tour event.
The Greenbrier resort will host the Big 12 golf championship April 26 to 28 on the Old White TPC in White Sulphur Springs.
It’s also the site of A Military Tribute at the Greenbrier. The PGA Tour event will be held in September, and tournament officials announced Monday the Big 12 medalist will be given an exemption.
