GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) - A Wyoming man was found guilty after pleading no contest to moving the body of a woman who died of an overdose at his home.

The Gillette News Record reports 28-year-old Jacob Wallentine was found guilty Friday of manslaughter and disposing of a dead human body to conceal a felony.

Authorities say 27-year-old Tamlyn Delgado died in October 2018.

Witnesses say Wallentine placed Delgado’s body in her car and sat on the body while driving to a parking lot where she was later found.

Prosecutors say they expect to ask for prison sentences of eight to 10 years for manslaughter and four to six years for disposing of Delgado’s body.

Wallentine’s attorney says he intends to argue for a lighter sentence.
