GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - A Grand Forks man is in custody after police were called to a report of a man with a gun at a Walmart store.
Officers were called around 10:30 p.m. Thursday on a report that a man with a gun was in the electronics section of the store on Gateway Drive. But police say no gun was recovered at the scene and that no shots were fired.
Police found the man inside the store and arrested him after a brief struggle. No one was hurt.
Investigators learned there had been an altercation between the man and a Walmart employee. The 30-year-old suspect faces charges of terrorizing, preventing arrest and disorderly conduct.
The store remained open.
