OZARK, Ala. (AP) - The Better Business Bureau is alerting customers about an Alabama-based retailer of monogrammed goods.
News outlets report the BBB of Central and South Alabama issued an alert on the company Frogs & Frills last week after it amassed more than 300 complaints from customers across the county. The outlet reports most of the complaints regard shipping delays or customers receiving the wrong product or not receiving a product. The BBB says the company has not responded to more than half of the complaints, earning them an “F’’ rating.
Frogs & Frills owner Haley Stevens told AL.com the company takes the complaints seriously and that it has hired more staff to remedy the issues.
BBB representatives say they first began receiving complaints about the business in 2013.
