MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) - A grand jury in Georgia has indicted a man accused of drunk driving in the death of his pregnant wife and her fetus in a crash.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Antwan Senior was indicted last week on charges of homicide and feticide by vehicle and driving without a valid license. An arrest warrant says Jessica Senior was ejected from the vehicle April 9 in Marietta. She had a miscarriage and then died April 16.

Cobb County officers wrote in the indictment that Senior told police he had consumed alcohol before driving. The arrest warrant says two breathalyzer tests at the scene returned readings above the legal limit.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has reached out to the man’s attorney for comment.
