Edward Mosberg, a Holocaust survivor who extended an invitation to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to tour the concentration camps in Germany with him — the real concentration camps, not the ones the socialist freshman congresswoman claimed were at America’s borders — has now shrugged off her refusal and instead called out her “stupidity” and demanded her ouster from Congress.

The guy is 93 years old. If anyone would know “stupidity” when he sees it, he would.

The background: AOC, in wildly ridiculous comments, called out President Donald Trump’s border detention policies for illegals — essentially the same set in place by then-President Barack Obama — as government-sanctioned concentration camps. And the whole country went, say what?

Or, as the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum put it, in a statement that came right after Ocasio-Cortez’s folly but did not specifically mention her by name: “[The Museum] unequivocally rejects efforts to create analogies between the Holocaust and other events, whether historical or contemporary. That position has repeatedly and unambiguously been made clear in the Museum’s official statement on the matter — a statement that is reiterated and reaffirmed now. The Museum further reiterates that a statement ascribed to a Museum staff historian regarding recent attempts to analogize the situation on the United States southern border to concentration camps in Europe during the 1930s and 1940s does not reflect the position of the Museum,” The New York Post reported.

Ocasio-Cortez only dug in deeper. She refused to backtrack, clarify, soften or apologize — and she also flatly refused an invitation from Mosberg to travel to the site of Germany’s concentration camps, breathe in the disgustingly lingering odors of death, and learn from an actual survivor of the travesties and horrors that occurred.

And how that’s not exactly what’s taking place on America’s borders with the so-called cages for illegals.

So Mosberg just released a statement.

It goes like this, The Hill reported: “[Ocasio-Cortez] should be removed from Congress. She’s spreading anti-Semitism, hatred and stupidity. The people on the border aren’t forced to be there — they go there on their own will. If someone doesn’t know the difference, either they’re playing stupid or they just don’t care.”

Smart vote is on both.

But she’ll travel on the taxpayer dime to America’s borders to dig up all the dirt she can to prove this White House is committing egregious acts of inhumanity?

Yep. Smart vote is on both — and on this: Ocasio-Cortez will use whatever political tools she can, including propaganda and deceit, to further her own influence and power. Add it to the list.
