HAMPTON, Va. (AP) - The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $1,500 for information leading to the arrest of a Virginia man charged with second-degree murder.
The Daily Press reports 22-year-old Breshard Ranard Turner is being sought in the death of 23-year-old Iquan Malik McClain, who was fatally shot in December outside a Hampton Family Dollar. Hampton police have said McClain was shot multiple times in the business’ parking lot and two people were seen fleeing the shooting. McClain later died at a hospital.
Police Sgt. Matt Bond has said it appears the men knew each other. He said surveillance video shows the men talking and hanging out before the shooting.
