CLEVELAND (AP) - The Latest on the killings of four people in Cleveland (all times local):

5:30 p.m.

Police say they’ve taken a man into custody in the killings of four people, including two children found in a Cleveland home.

Authorities said Wednesday they’ll release more details about the aggravated murder charges they plan to file during a news conference Thursday.

Autopsies show that two children who were found dead Tuesday died from smoke inhalation while a 25-year-old woman who lived in the home died from multiple gunshots.

A 35-year-old man also was found shot to death in a vacant lot near the house.

Family members say David Cousin Jr. and Takeyra Collins were neighbors but didn’t really know each other.

Relatives told cleveland.com that Collins was raising her two children, a 2-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy.

Autopsies show that two children who were among four people found dead in a Cleveland neighborhood died from smoke inhalation.

A coroner said Wednesday that a woman found dead inside the home with children died from multiple gunshots as did a man found in a vacant lot near the house.

Police have released few details about what happened, saying on Tuesday they were looking for several people of interest.

Family members say the man and woman were neighbors but didn’t really know each other.

Authorities say 35-year-old David Cousin Jr. was shot in the head and chest and 25-year-old Takeyra Collins was shot in the back and stomach.

Family members told cleveland.com that she was raising her two children, a 2-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy.

Authorities investigating the deaths of two children and a woman found dead inside a home, and of a man discovered in a vacant lot, say both adults were shot and the children may have died from smoke inhalation.

Police have released all of the ages and the man’s name. Authorities believe the deaths are connected, but have released few details on what happened.

Authorities said in releases Tuesday that the man was 35-year-old David Cousin Jr. Police say the Cleveland man was shot in the head and chest. They say the woman was shot in the back and stomach.

Authorities didn’t immediately release the identities of the 25-year-old woman or of the 2-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy or say how they may have been related.
