ANTLERS, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a man and his mother have been arrested in the death of a man whose burned body was found in southeastern Oklahoma.

The OSBI says 25-year-old Brian James Dunlap of Antlers was arrested on a first-degree murder warrant and 44-year-old Misty Mack was arrested as an accessory after the fact in the death of 56-year-old Davey Jo Moore.

Court records show Dunlap is also known as Brian James Mack. Both suspects were arrested Wednesday and are being held in the Pushmataha County jail. Jail and court records do not list an attorney for either suspect.

The OSBI says Moore’s body was found Jan. 21 by a hunter near the unincorporated community of Cloudy in Pushmataha County, about 150 miles (241 kilometers) southeast of Oklahoma City.
