FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Fargo police say a pedestrian walking in the street was struck and injured by a snowplow.

Officers were called to the collision in south Fargo on Saturday morning. Police say the pedestrian was walking in the middle of the street and was struck by the snowplow.

The driver of the snowplow told police they did not see the pedestrian. KFGO Radio reports the pedestrian was taken to a hospital.

Police say the condition of the pedestrian is not known. The snowplow is privately owned and not owned by the city of Fargo.
