Conservative provocateur Laura Loomer rushed the stage Saturday at the Women’s March rally in New York City, commandeered the microphone, and accused the organization of anti-Jewish sentiment before being escorted off by security.

“The Women’s March does not represent Jewish people!” shouted Ms. Loomer as shown on several videos posted on Twitter.

As she was removed from the stage by security officials, Ms. Loomer yelled, “The Women’s March hates Jews! Linda Sarsour is a Jew-hater! Tamika Mallory is a Jew hater!”

The unidentified speaker at the microphone urged the crowd to stay positive, saying, “I want to hear my Jewish family,” which was met with cheers and applause.

 

 

The Women’s March leaders, including Ms. Mallory and Ms. Sarsour, have denied allegations of anti-Semitism stemming in part from their associations with Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan, described by the Anti-Defamation League as “America’s leading anti-Semite.”

The four Women’s March national co-chairs, who include Bob Bland and Carmen Perez-Jordan, were not in attendance at the New York City event, speaking instead at the flagship march at Freedom Plaza in Washington, D.C.

More than 300 “sister marches” were scheduled to be held nationwide Saturday as the march marked its third year.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and First Lady Chirlane McCray posted a video from the event giving a shout-out to marchers who braved the bone-chilling cold.

“So whatever cause you’re organizing for today, never forget that you have a lot of power,” said Ms. McCray.
