TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - A multi-vehicle crash in Ohio involving a hit-and-run driver has injured two police officers and one civilian.

Police say the crash happened around 3:15 p.m. Sunday in Toledo.

A witness told authorities a car ran into a police SUV and then fled the scene.

Toledo Police says Officers Nicole Tucker and James Schroeder were hospitalized for minor injuries and later released.

Another person involved in the crash, 51-year-old Kelly Molter, was also hospitalized and released.

The crash remains under investigation.
