Disgruntled Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was involved in a domestic dispute in Hollywood, Florida in January, but was not arrested, TMZ and others reported Tuesday.

A woman allegedly filed a report that alleged Brown engaged in misconduct. Police looked into the incident and decided not to arrest Brown.

Brown’s lawyer, Darren Heitner, called the allegations “baseless and false” in a statement to ESPN.

“It’s unfortunate that the media is trying to use distractions like this and prior stories in an effort to tarnish my client’s name and reputation. We have no further comment,” Heitner said.

It is unclear as of Tuesday afternoon exactly what the allegations are, however.

Brown has made it clear he wants out of Pittsburgh, and the Steelers might trade him this offseason. In the final week of the season, with a playoff berth on the line, Brown got into a heated argument at practice and left. He skipped the walk-through the day before the season finale and was subsequently benched.
