Downtown LA could have first February without reaching 70

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Time is running out for downtown Los Angeles to reach 70 degrees (21.11 Celsius) this month.

The National Weather Service says this could be the first February on record in which downtown has not reached 70 degrees (21.11 Celsius).

Temperatures are running in the low 60s (15.5 Celsius) Tuesday afternoon, rain is in the forecast, and the month ends on Thursday.
