Manny Machado finally has a new team.

Machado agreed to sign a 10-year, $300 million deal with the San Diego Padres on Tuesday, according to multiple reports. The deal ends a months-long free agency for the former Baltimore Orioles infielder.

Machado’s new contract is for the same amount and length that Bryce Harper rejected from the Washington Nationals in September.

Machado spent six-and-a-half seasons with the Orioles before he was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers last July.

The 26-year-old joins a rebuilding Padres team that went 66-96 last season.

Machado hit 37 home runs and had a .297 batting average in 2018.

ESPN was the first to report the news, while The Athletic was the first to report the contract.
