NEW YORK (AP) - Tamenang Choh had 22 points as Brown narrowly defeated Columbia 65-63 on Saturday night.

Columbia closed to 64-63 on Gabe Stefanini’s two free throws with six seconds left before Chris Sullivan iced it with 1 of 2 free throws and Stefanini’s 3-pointer at the buzzer missed.

Choh shot 12 for 14 from the foul line.

Obi Okolie had 16 points for Brown (15-9, 3-5 Ivy League). Desmond Cambridge added 12 points. George Mawanda-Kalema had six rebounds for the visitors.

Stefanini had 16 points and eight rebounds for the Lions (6-16, 1-7), whose losing streak reached six games. Peter Barba added 12 points. Quinton Adlesh had 10 points.

Brown matches up against Harvard at home on Friday. Columbia faces Penn on the road on Friday.
