The San Francisco Giants reportedly offered Bryce Harper a “lucrative short-term” deal.
But according to an MLB insider, the free agent outfielder won’t be taking it.
The MLB Network’s Jon Heyman said Harper is “not even considering” a short-term contract.
Despite rumored offers/wishes of teams, word is Bryce Harper is not signing — or even considering — short-term deals.

The 26-year-old also rejected a 10-year, $300 million offer from the Nationals in September.
Harper has met with the Philadelphia Phillies, San Diego Padres, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago White Sox, Giants and Nationals this offseason. He still remains unsigned — more than 100 days into free agency.
