The NFL may have seen the last of two-time Super Bowl winner Eli Manning.

The New York Giants quarterback told reporters Monday that he will consider all his options this offseason, including retirement.

Asked if he would consider returning to play backup to Daniel Jones, Manning said, “I doubt it.”

“Backing up is no fun,” the soon-to-be 39-year-old said.

The Giants selected Jones with the sixth pick in the 2019 draft and made him the starter in Week 3.

If Manning can’t find another team that would view him as a starter or someone who could compete for the starting gig, it may lead to him retiring after 16 seasons in the NFL, all spent with New York.
