It took 14 weeks, but the Washington Redskins were eliminated from the playoff race last week when they fell to 3-10 with a loss. Only division opponents remain on the schedule, so the Redskins still could play spoiler for one of their rivals. Here’s what to watch for when the Eagles come to town:

What to watch for:
• How will Dwayne Haskins look after spraining his ankle against Green Bay last week and playing through it? Interim coach Bill Callahan said Haskins had a “seamless” practice Wednesday with “nothing holding him back.” Haskins himself believes his ankle will be “all right.” Redskins fans can only hope so. He limped for much of the Packers game and finished 16-for-27 for 170 yards, one touchdown and one pick, as the Redskins’ two-game winning streak came to an end.
• Amid an awful season for the team as a whole, one individual who doesn’t get the credit he deserves is Matt Ioannidis. With one sack last week, Ioannidis set a new career high with 8.5 for the year. He’s on pace to lead the team in sacks for the first time in his four-year NFL career; Washington wouldn’t have compiled the seventh-most sacks in the league (40) without him. He has a tough test this week, going up against some Pro Bowl-caliber offensive linemen like Brandon Brooks and Jason Kelce.
• Playing Carson Wentz and the 6-7 Eagles right now is a double-edged sword. They’re one of the most injured teams in the NFL, and not nearly as threatening as they were when the Redskins faced them in Week 1. But they’re also desperate — tied with Dallas for the NFC East lead and fighting for their playoff lives. Wentz has almost no healthy receivers to throw to, so can Washington shut down tight end Zach Ertz, who scored the game-tying and game-winning touchdowns against the Giants last week?
