President Trump went on an early Thursday morning tear against Democrats and “dirty cops” prior to the release of a redacted version of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report into Russian election interference.
“The Greatest Political Hoax of all time! Crimes were committed by Crooked, Dirty Cops and DNC/The Democrats,” Mr. Trump tweeted, before later writing “PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT!”
Attorney General William P. Barr will be releasing Thursday a redacted version of Mr. Mueller’s report after he holds a press conference to answer questions about the special counsel’s findings.
Mr. Barr released a four-page summary of the report last month, saying Mr. Mueller did not recommend criminal conspiracy or obstruction charges against Mr. Trump or anyone on his team.
