Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton  writing an entry for Time’s “100 Most Influential People  praised House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for never backing “down from a bully” and called her the “driving force that brought a Democratic majority back to the House.”

“There’s a saying that goes: ’If you want something done, ask a busy woman to do it.’ Speaker Nancy Pelosi is living proof that when it comes to getting the job done, more often than not, it takes a woman,” Mrs. Clinton wrote in the article published Wednesday.

She also praised Mrs. Pelosi for “leading the charge” on “desperately needed voting-rights legislation” and “fighting to protect reproductive rights.”

Time released their 100 Most Influential People Monday, which included President Trump, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Former First Lady Michelle Obama, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and Mr. Kavanaugh’s accuser Christine Blasey Ford.

Mr. Trump defeated Mrs. Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.
