One win down, 15 to go.

That’s the number of games the Washington Capitals still need to win to hoist another Stanley Cup, of course. Nothing is in the bag after their 4-2 win in Game 1 of the first round, but they do have the advantage now.

It’s already time for Game 2, so here’s everything you need to know before puck drop.

Opponent: Carolina Hurricanes (Capitals lead series 1-0)

When: Saturday, April 13, 3 p.m.

What to watch for: Lars Eller missed practice to take a “maintenance day” for an upper-body issue — he also missed part of Monday’s skate — but he’s still expected to play in Game 2 … The Capitals’ power play converted on their first two chances of the game Thursday. In their final 10 regular season games, the unit went just 3-for-25 … Rookie Andrei Svechnikov only skated on Carolina’s third line in Game 1, but scored both the team’s goals. The No. 2 overall draft pick might not be promoted back to the top six, but he got some practice time with the Hurricanes’ power play Friday … If you’re attending Game 2 and want to drive to the arena, be aware that many streets near Chinatown will be closed for the Cherry Blossom Parade.
