Tiger Woods sent roars echoing throughout the grounds of Augusta National Friday afternoon as the four-time Masters champion shot a 4-under 68 in the second round and is one shot behind the leaders through 36 holes.

Woods closed the front nine with a birdie at the 9th to turn in 35, then made birdie at the difficult par-4 11th, the par-4 14th, and the par-5 15th before finishing with three straight pars.

The 14-time major champion could’ve challenged his career-best round of 65 at Augusta National, but missed several short birdie putts on the inward half.

Woods is looking to win his first major championship since the 2008 US Open, and his first Masters since 2005.
