The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will start Ryan Fitzpatrick at quarterback in Sunday’s Week 4 game against the Chicago Bears, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Sunday’s game is the first Jameis Winston is eligible to play in this season after completing a three-game suspension.

But Fitzpatrick shot out of the gate in Winston’s absence, leading Tampa Bay to a surprising 2-1 start and leading all quarterbacks in yards per game (410), along with 11 touchdown passes and a 70.3 completion percentage.

Schefter’s sources said the decision to keep Winston off the field is not permanent. The Buccaneers will re-evaluate the situation going into next week’s bye. So, if Fitzpatrick has a lousy game against Chicago, Winston might be tapped to take over.

Winston was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, while Fitzpatrick is a journeyman playing for his seventh team.
