Brett Kavanugh’s attorney Beth Wilkinson said on two TV interviews Wednesday morning that Christine Blasey Ford’s legal team has not submitted her polygraph results or therapist notes to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The Judiciary Committee wrote to Ms. Blasey Ford’s team requesting the polygraph results and questions, as well as any other additional evidence, on Sunday.
Ms. Wilkinson repeated her calls for all of Ms. Blasey Ford’s evidence to be submitted on CNN’s “New Day” and CBS’ “This Morning.”
She confirmed on CNN that Judge Kavanaugh submitted pages from a calendar he kept in 1982 and argued “it’s very difficult to kind of assess” corroboration if the therapist notes are not included in the evidence.
The Washington Post had access to the notes during their interview with Ms. Blasey Ford as she came forward publicly with her claims.
“And of course that’s very important because apparently in those notes there’s a differing story about how many people were present at the party. There’s no mention of Judge Kavanaugh, and so this information would be very important to determine whether there’s any corroboration of this allegation,” Ms. Wilkinson said on CBS.
Ms. Blasey Ford’s team submitted four signed statements from individuals — three close friends and her husband Russell Ford — that support her claims to the Committee. Mr. Ford’s statement references the therapy session that the notes in question recorded.
