Lawyer Michael Avenatti said Tuesday that his mysterious client will publicly describe her allegations against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh within 36 hours.

Mr. Avenatti, who is also porn star Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, said during an interview on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” Monday night that his new client would reveal herself within 48 hours. He claimed that her allegations would describe a “series of allegations” and a “pattern of behavior.”
“When my client becomes public and when she states the fact and circumstances of what she witnessed, I’m confident that people are going to find those credible,” Mr. Avenatti said at a press conference Monday. “I’m confident that those circumstances are going to be disqualifying for Brett Kavanaugh.”
Not much is known about the now-anonymous accuser, though Mr. Avenatti has given a few details about her identity. During his interview with Ms. Maddow, Mr. Avenatti described her as a “witness and a victim.” She has worked in at least three federal offices, the attorney said.

On Twitter, Mr. Avenatti said she has “credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge.” He also put forward additional explicit accusations against the Supreme Court nominee.
The 48-hour window would have Mr. Avenatti’s client coming forward on the eve of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing where California professor Christine Blasey Ford, the first accuser, and Judge Kavanaugh are set to testify.
Mr. Avenatti shared emails with the Senate Judiciary Committee showing his demands to have his client testify and subpoena Mr. Judge. He claims to have not received a response from the committee yet.
Judge Kavanaugh rejected Mr. Avenatti’s allegations during a Fox News interview Monday night.
“That’s totally false and outrageous. I’ve never done any such thing, known about any such thing,” the judge said.
