A newly revealed video from Breitbart from 2016 of Google executives pining about the just-elected Donald Trump and vowing to take whatever steps necessary to “educate” the American people in the way they should go is a blunt reminder of just how stupid Democrats think we are, and how smart they think they are.

This is how the elitist left thinks. Hubris is thy name.

The left truly believes that conservatives would be liberals if they only had a bit more education.

On the heels of the election, Google executives held a company meeting aimed at reassuring employees that no, the world had not ended and yes, there was something that could be done about the Trump win.

CEO Sundar Pichai talked of the “educational tools” his company could now employ to reach what another in the meeting described as the “low-information voters.”

Pichai also spoke of using artificial intelligence in greater frequency in order to root out the “fake news” and stop its spread, in order to influence upcoming elections and help voters make “informed decisions.”

The comments reek of arrogance and serve as apt examples of the attitudes that permeate the entire Democratic Party — the ones that say hey, we know better than you.
