During an interview with CNN affiliate Seven’s “Sunday Night,” Ms. Newton-John revealed the latest diagnosis but said isn’t afraid.

“I believe I will win over it,” she said, “That’s my goal.”

She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992, and for the second time in 2013 when it was found in her shoulder. This tumor was found at the base of her spine.

Ms. Newton-John is known for her hits like “Physical” and her breakout role as Sandy in 1978’s “Grease.”
