REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - A man in Delaware has been arrested on his sixth charge of allegedly driving under the influence.

The Daily Times in Salisbury, Maryland, reported that 57-year-old Shawn P. Dailey was arrested Wednesday night in Rehoboth Beach.

Police said they pulled Dailey over after he failed to properly signal for a turn. They also said he was driving with a suspended license.

Police said Dailey was arrested and charged with a felony for his sixth offense of driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Dailey, who lives in Georgetown, Delaware, was sent to jail in lieu of $10,600 bail.
