If you’re late getting to your TV, you’ve already missed two goals.
The Capitals are off to a blazing start as they began their campaign to repeat as Stanley Cup champions — rushing out to a 2-0 lead Wednesday against the Boston Bruins in just 1:47 of game time.
Winger T.J. Oshie delivered the perfect strike from the left face-off circle to score the game’s first goal just 24 seconds in. Shortly after, Evgeny Kuznetsov easily scored on a power play.
