YUMA, Ariz. (AP) - The Latest on Vice President Mike Pence’s campaign swing through the Southwest (all times local):

Vice President Mike Pence is in Arizona touting the administration’s feats while rallying a crowd in Yuma to vote for Senate candidate Martha McSally.
McSally, who spoke briefly to the crowd, is a member of Congress and the Republican nominee to replace Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake, who is retiring. She’s facing Democrat Kyrsten Sinema.
Pence said McSally will advance the president’s agenda and help secure the border.
The vice president called McSally an impressive leader.

Vice President Mike Pence says the Trump administration will not back down from building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and fixing what he referred to as a broken immigration system.
Pence was making a campaign swing through the American Southwest, starting Friday in Roswell, New Mexico, where he rallied supporters of Republican gubernatorial candidate Steve Pearce and congressional candidate Yvette Herrell.
He’s traveling next to Arizona to campaign for Martha McSally, the two-term congresswoman who is seeking a seat in the Senate.
Pence told the crowd more conservative voices are needed in Congress and in statehouses around the nation if progress is going to be made on border security.
He pointed to the caravan of migrants headed north through Mexico, saying the group should turn around because they’re not going to be let in.

Vice President Mike Pence on Friday touted the quick work of law enforcement for apprehending a man suspected of sending more than a dozen package bombs to Democratic political figures.
Pence said during a campaign rally in Roswell, New Mexico, that he and President Donald Trump have made clear that these “despicable acts” have no place in society.
He drew cheers from the crowd when he said the nation will never allow political violence to take root in America.
Pence’s swing through the Southwest includes campaign rallies for GOP candidates in New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada. In New Mexico, he gave his support to Republican gubernatorial candidate Steve Pearce and congressional candidate Yvette Herrell.

Vice President Mike Pence is heading west to campaign for Republican candidates in New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.
Pence will kick off his campaign swing in eastern New Mexico on Friday with a get-out-the-vote rally for GOP gubernatorial candidate Steve Pearce and congressional candidate Yvette Herrell. Both are locked in tight races.
The vice president will then travel to Yuma, Arizona, where he is scheduled to speak at a rally for Martha McSally, the two-term congresswoman who is seeking a seat in the Senate.
Perce also has plans to stop in Las Vegas and Reno, where he will headline more midterm rallies for GOP candidates over the weekend.
