BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - President Donald Trump’s eldest son plans a stop in the heart of North Dakota’s oil patch to campaign for Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kevin Cramer.
Cramer’s campaign says Donald Trump Jr. will be in Williston on Tuesday. Trump Jr. will be accompanied by his girlfriend, former Fox News personality Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Trump Jr. is making his second headlining trip to North Dakota. He spoke last month at the North Dakota Petroleum Council annual meeting in Fargo.
Cramer is the state’s lone representative to the U.S. House. He is challenging Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, who is one of the most vulnerable Democrats seeking re-election. Trump won North Dakota by a large margin in 2016.
President Trump has been to North Dakota twice to campaign for Cramer.
