NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (AP) - President Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump is scheduled to appear at campaign events in central New York for incumbent Republican Rep. Claudia Tenney.

The congresswoman from New Hartford told Syracuse.com during an editorial board meeting Monday that the younger Trump will be in her hometown for an event at 4 p.m. Tuesday. The exact location hasn’t been released by Tenney’s campaign as of late Tuesday morning.

Tenney said Trump will also stop in nearby Rome. Details haven’t been released.

Since last summer, President Trump, his daughter Ivanka Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and House Speaker Paul Ryan have all visited upstate New York to boost the campaigns of Tenney and other GOP House members.

Tenney is being challenged in the 22nd Congressional District by Democrat Anthony Brindisi of Utica.
