Mark Judge completed his interview with the FBI on Tuesday, his lawyer confirmed to The Washington Times.
Barbara “Biz” Van Gelder declined to comment about what her client told the FBI.
Her client is one of the individuals the FBI will speak with as part of its investigation into sexual assault allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
Ms. Van Gelder revealed on Monday that her client began talking with the FBI but their interview was not completed. Mr. Judge is involved in two of the sexual assault allegations against the Supreme Court nominee.
Christine Blasey Ford, the first woman to come forward, said Mr. Judge was in the room when Judge Kavanaugh groped her and tried to remove her clothes during a party when they were all in high school. During her testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee, she claimed that the alleged assault took place while Mr. Judge worked at a local Safeway.
Julie Swetnick, an accuser with the most graphic allegations, claimed in a sworn affidavit that both Judge Kavanaugh and Mr. Judge were involved with “spiking” drinks to get girls drunk enough to be raped by a “train” of boys, and that she had seen them in line for their “turn” with a girl.
Ms. Swetnick gave a different version of events in an interview Monday night, saying that she saw Mr. Judge and Judge Kavanaugh near doorways with other boys.
Mr. Judge has denied both allegations.
At least three others have been interviewed by the FBI in connection to the allegations.
Leland Keyser, Ms. Blasey Ford’s friend supposedly at the party, spoke to the FBI on Saturday and said she had no knowledge of the alleged party and did not know Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
Patrick Smyth, the third boy identified by Ms. Blasey Ford, also denied knowing about the party or “improper conduct” described in her allegation, his lawyer said on Monday.
Deborah Ramirez, the second accuser to come forward with claims Judge Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a dorm party in college, spoke to the FBI on Sunday. It appears that she is the only woman out of the three to accuse Judge Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct to be contacted by the FBI so far.
