Former kingpin of cable news Bill O’Reilly is still a force to be reckoned with in bookstores.
The former Fox News star who brought “no spin” news to millions has another New York Times best-seller on his hands with “Killing the SS.”
The project with author Martin Dugard continues the conservative pundit’s long-running and popular “Killing” series.

” ’Killing the SS’ is the epic saga of the espionage and daring waged by self-styled ’Nazi hunters,’ ” the book’s promotional material reads. “This determined and disparate group included a French husband and wife team, an American lawyer who served in the army on D-Day, a German prosecutor who had signed an oath to the Nazi Party, Israeli Mossad agents, and a death camp survivor. Over decades, these men and women scoured the world, tracking down the SS fugitives and bringing them to justice, which often meant death.”
Mr. O’Reilly’s book also has the unique distinction of knocking Fox News successor Tucker Carson’s “Ship of Fools” from the top slot; the “Killing” series has been on best-seller lists for a combined total of more than 350 weeks in all formats.
The author’s 20-year business relationship with Fox ended in April 2017 as a cloud of controversy hovered over his head due to legally settled sexual harassment claims. He has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
