Peyton Manning is taking a page from Kobe Bryant’s playbook.

ESPN announced Wednesday that Manning will break down NFL film for the digital series “Detail” on ESPN+, the network’s streaming platform. Until now, “Detail” had been a basketball-only series, featuring Bryant reviewing film and giving advice.

“I’ve always enjoyed talking football with coaches, players and passionate fans, and that’s at the core of this show,” Manning said in a press release. “I’m honored to help expand Kobe’s Detail to a football audience.”

Manning will write and host eight episodes, while Bryant will also return for a second season.

Manning, a two-time Super Bowl champion, retired from the NFL in 2016.
