ITHACA, N.Y. (AP) - Matt Morgan had 22 points to lead Cornell to an 86-44 win over Division III SUNY-Canton as 15 Big Red players put points on the board on Thursday night.

Morgan opened the season with a career night on Tuesday, scoring 38 points and grabbing 13 rebounds in an 86-75 win over Binghamton.

Morgan was 6 of 11 from beyond the arc, making 8 of 14 field-goal attempts in the win over the Kangaroos. He also had four rebounds, three steals and one blocked shot as Cornell got off to its first 2-0 start since the 2009-10 season.

Jake Kuhn added 11 points and Jimmy Boeheim had nine with seven rebounds and one block for Cornell.

SUNY-Canton took an early lead before the Big Red went on a 23-0 run to go up 31-11 with 8:25 remaining in the first half. Cornell led 42-18 at the break and coasted home.

Danny Santana led the Kangaroos with 15 points.
