Lamar Jackson will start at quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens for the second straight game with Joe Flacco still out with a hip injury.
Former Redskins star Robert Griffin III will be active and back Jackson up for the second week.
Jackson led the Ravens to a 24-21 win over the Cincinnati Bengals last week but carried the ball more than he threw it. He gained 119 yards on 26 carries and threw 13-for-19 for 150 yards and an interception.
The Ravens play the Oakland Raiders at home Sunday, their third straight game at M&T Bank Stadium. They’re 5-5 and hunting for an AFC playoff spot.
