ARLINGTON, Texas — Pop singer Meghan Trainor will perform the halftime show when the Washington Redskins take on the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium Thursday.
Trainor rose to fame in 2014 with her debut single, “All About That Bass.”
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I’m thankful that I get to kick off the @SalvationArmyUS Red Kettle Campaign with the @DallasCowboys. Help me #FightForGood this holiday season at https://t.co/g53zF6CAZd pic.twitter.com/nppJmdo4fM

NFL Thanksgiving Day games are among the only regular-season games to include halftime shows. At the Detroit Lions’ game against the Chicago Bears, musician Mike Posner performed, although it was not received well by fans.
When the Redskins and Cowboys meet Thursday, it will be the Redskins’ third straight Thanksgiving game. They played at Dallas in 2016, where country singer Eric Church performed at halftime.
