SALISBURY, N.C. (AP) - Crews are working to clean up a diesel spill after a train derailment in North Carolina.

WBTV-TV reports that a Norfolk Southern freight train derailed Sunday afternoon in Salisbury. There were no injuries reported.

Officials said three of the train’s seven locomotives derailed. The cause was not immediately clear.

The derailment caused a diesel fuel leak that Norfolk Southern crews and contactors worked to clean up.
