President Trump on Friday denied being agitated at his staff this week as rumors swirled about two key members being pushed out of the administration.

“I’m very happy with almost all of my Cabinet,” he told reporters in the Oval Office of the White House. “Changes are made because they’re always made, especially after midterms.”

Reports surfaced this week that Chief of Staff John Kelly and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen could be leaving the administration. Both were reportedly involved in a heated argument recently outside the Oval Office with National Security Advisor John Bolton over immigration.

Mr. Trump made the comments Friday as he signed a new cybersecurity agency into existence, while Ms. Nielsen stood nearby.
