TAMPA — Redskins cornerback Quinton Dunbar (shin) is out Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, while right tackle Morgan Moses (knee) is active.
Dunbar has dealt with a shin injury for the last few weeks. He missed two games and returned last game against the Atlanta Falcons. But Dunbar did not finish the game after the injury kept bothering him.
Cornerbacks Danny Johnson and Greg Stroman are expected to play on the outside in place of Dunbar, though Fabian Moreau will fill in when the Redskins use their base defense.
Moses, on the other hand, will be active after being limited in practice throughout the week.
Against the Buccaneers, the Redskins will have three players along their offensive line who didn’t start in Week 1. Left tackle Trent Williams (thumb) will miss his second straight game and guards Brandon Scherff (pectoral) and Shawn Lauvao (ACL) are out for the year.

The Redskins announced on Saturday that Crowder (ankle) would miss his fifth straight game. Crowder practiced on Thursday and Friday, but did not make enough progress to make his return.
Linebackers Zach Vigil and Pernell McPhee are inactive for the first time this season.
