A watch party has the feel of a home game.

At Capital One Arena, fans are cheering on the Washington Capitals  — despite Game 7 being in Tampa.  And they’re electric after the Capitals have taken a 3-0 lead through the second period.

Things got started when Alex Ovechkin scored just 1:02 into the game:

Later on, Andre Burakovsky caused the crowd to erupt after he scored on a Lightning turnover:

Then the Capitals took a 3-0 lead off another Burakovsky goal — with some fans even chanting “We want Vegas! We want Vegas!”

If the Capitals hold on, they’ll face the Vegas Golden Knights in the Stanley Cup Final.
