POTERDALE, Ga. (AP) - A 7-year-old boy hit by a truck last week in Georgia has died.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution cites a Georgia State Patrol release that says Payton Mosher was hit last Tuesday by a Dodge Ram driven by 39-year-old David Clemens.
It says Clemens was picking up his daughter and reversing down the narrow, dead end road with no roadway markings when he hit Payton. The release says Mosher was running from a driveway when he was hit.
He was airlifted to a hospital and died March 7.
It’s unclear if charges will be filed.
