President Trump has added another lawyer to his team handling his disputes with porn star Stormy Daniels.

Citing “multiple sources,” ABC News reported Thursday evening that Lawrence S. Rosen has joined Mr. Trump’s outside legal team, which also includes Michael Cohen, the president’s longtime personal attorney also at the center of the Daniels fracas.

Mr. Rosen already had declared himself earlier this week as Mr. Cohen’s attorney.

Mr. Rosen is a partner in the firm LaRocca, Hornick, Rosen, Greenberg & Blaha, which has its headquarters in the Trump Building on Wall Street in Manhattan.

“According to three people familiar with the arrangement,” ABC reported, Mr. Rosen will handle the “hush money” charges made by the porn actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.

Ms. Clifford filed a lawsuit against Mr. Trump earlier this week in Los Angeles saying that the nondisclosure agreement she signed in October 2016 regarding reports of an affair she had earlier said she had with Mr. Trump was invalid because Mr. Trump never signed it.

Mr. Cohen has acknowledged paying $130,000 to Ms. Daniels. He said it came from his own pocket without Mr. Trump’s knowledge, approval or compensation, a claim Ms. Daniels’ attorneys call absurd.

He has refused to discuss why he paid Ms. Daniels or when. The Wall Street Journal has reported the payment was made in October 2016.
