COLCHESTER, Vt. (AP) - Tire manufacturer Nokian is moving its headquarters out of Colchester, Vermont.
WCAX-TV reports a Nokian spokesman confirmed this week the company is moving its headquarters to Tennessee. The company says the move might be completed by spring 2019 but could take longer.
